Preview: Porcelain: Ivory Tower from Improper Books coming Summer 2017
One of our most anticipated books of 2017, is set to be the follow up to 2015’s outstanding Porcelain: Bone China from Improper Books. Set to be released next summer, Benjamin Read and Chris Wildgoose’s Porcelain: Ivory Tower will pick up the story of Lady 10 years after the events of Bone China and will see Lady become a Mother. For those of you who might be new to Porcelain, here’s what the accompanying press release told us:

After answering a phone call, Solange reveals that her husband is

where Dimitrios has a home and seduces his wife,
Solange Dimitrios. After killing a traitorous MI6 section chief (who has been selling classified information) and the station chief’s contact, James Bond
gets his 00 agent status. Casino Royale is the first film
in a trilogy that reboots the James Bond 007 franchise, establishing a new timeline and narrative framework not meant to precede
or succeed any previous Bond film. Oscar-winning costume designer Lindy
Hemming dressed Vesper in red and made sure that none of the extras wore any red, so that we could see her as Bond catches glimpses
of her through the crowds in Venice. Casino Royale is the
first Bond novel that Ian Fleming wrote but the rights were not available to EON until the year 2000
