As well as running a fantastic convention, the folk over at Nottingham Comic Convention have put together a Kickstarter to fund an amazing looking indie anthology called Forest Tales volume 1. Featuring stories from some of the best indie talent around, including Marc Laming, Andy Bloor, Nich Angell, Vince Hunt, Gavin Mitchell and Emily Owen, it also has a stunning a cover by Random Trials‘ Dean Beattie.

Clocking in at 50 pages (depending on how well the Kickstarter goes, it may increase!) and suitable for all ages, the team behind Forest Tales are just looking to raise the cost to get this printed, so this is a fantastic chance to support a great event and get yourself a really amazing looking comic book as well!
