This has become an absolute sham. A comic jumps from around the 15% mark to the 39% mark overnight? They just voted constantly overnight. We all watched it. A real shame when people can’t take things like this in the right spirit.

Hi Kevin, thanks for letting me know about this. I have gone in to the website back end and blocked the IP addresses that voted all night and so hopefully this will adjust the votes.

Appreciate that you have taken the time to reply and try and rectify the situation but the people involved should be ashamed of themselves. Winning isn’t winning if you can’t do it fairly.

Is there no way you can discount the votes from the offending IP ?

That’s what I am trying to find out from the developer of the poll software. It will affect all the results thought as they were voting on multiple answers! I thought the software was blocking ISPs from casting more than 5 votes each, but it’s clearly not worked as well as I thought!

Appreciate your doing everything you can. I only noticed one in particular that made a massive jump in last 24 hours and I’ve highlighted it in a couple on social media to some people but sometimes people have the response to then go and do similar to the people they are complaining about.
Hope you manage to sort something so that everyone in the top ten are fairly represented.
