First ever 2000 AD digital-first collection The Red Seas out now!
Pirates and swashbuckling adventures on the open sea might not immediately go with digital comics, but the new 2000 AD digital-first collections The Red Seas are set to change that! The publisher of the Galaxy’s Greatest Comic is releasing two volumes of Ian Edginton (Brass Sun, Hinterkind) and Steve Yeowell’s (Zenith, The Invisibles) swashbuckling arcane adventure series as an exclusive 2000 AD digital-first collection, the first time the UK publishers have done this without a print edition.
Inspired by the likes of Ray Harryhausen and Arthur Conan Doyle, The Red Seas follows pirate captain Jack Dancer and the crew of The Red Wench who raid a Spanish Galleon little realising that within their plunder lies the missing chapter of a feared occult tome sought after by the sinister Dr Orlando Doyle and his diabolical magic! Confronting the sorcerer and his zombie crew triggers a chain of events that will lead the unfortunate pirate crew on the adventure of a lifetime with all of creation at stake!
