This morning in the midst of Comic-Con International 2013 Seven Seas Entertainment, publisher of New York Times bestselling manga, announced a distribution agreement with ComiXology, the revolutionary cloud-based digital comics platform with more than 40,000 comics and graphic novels.

As you’ll know from reading our in-depth interview with founder Chris RobersonMonkeyBrain Comics launched on July 2, 2012 with six titles and a simple dream: to make good comics. Twelve months and more than two dozen new titles later, they are well on their way to making that dream a reality, with new digital releases on ComiXology every week, and print collections coming out from publishers like IDW, Image, and Dark Horse. This week they are set to launch not one, but FIVE new titles and we’ve got a fantastic sneak peak at all of them!

Top Shelf ComiX have unveiled three fantastic new digital titles – including a first ever digital release for Alan Moore’s controversial Lost Girls – as well as anouncing a huge “Cyber-con” digital comics sale featuring discounted version of the Eisner award nominated Harvey Pekar’s Cleveland and the Pipedream Comics Top 10 Digital Comics shortlisted, The Underwater Welder.

Dynamite Entertainment have announced a hug collection of titles to be revealed this weekend at SDCC including a new mini series from Tony Lee about a Battlestar Galactica’s cult hero, an ongoing series from Steve Niles based on Ash and The Army of Darkness, Japanese classic Robotech and the continuation of NBC’s hit TV series Heroes.

Today the guys at Madefire have unveiled an exclusive partnership with IDW Publishing,, Top Cow, Boom! Studios, and ITV Studios America to produce motion books of top titles like Transformers, The Darkness and Star Trek. Combining these publisher’s amazing range of characters with Madefire’s cutting edge technology these titles look set to revolutionise the world of digital comics, bringing motion books to the masses with mainstream titles and characters.

Dynamite Entertainment is proud to announce that celebrated comic book writer James Robinson (StarmanJustice Society of America, Earth 2, Leave It to Chance) has signed a deal to create a new series entitled Grand Passion.  This partnership marks the first time that Robinson will work with Dynamite Entertainment to develop new content.
